Where do I start? Coach Alex and Coach Leslie have done a phenomenal job curating a space for anyone (I mean anyone) to strength train. Strength CAMP is great for beginners and seasoned lifters alike. You will never feel judged or out of place. The energy is unmatched, supportive coaches in and out of the gym, and a group of amazing members from all walks of life who support each other. I've been a member for close to two years now and have gained a significant amount of strength, confidence, and mental growth. For me personally, this gym has become my temple, my safe place, where I train hard and de-stress from the day-to-day grind. I look forward to spending many more years here and seeing Strength CAMP continue to grow and thrive.

Coach Alex is an amazing coach and person! I used to work out consistently but took a break for 4-5 years, so I was reluctant and unmotivated to get back into strength training. But when I tried a week at Strength CAMP, I knew this was the right place for me.
